Amazon Flex offers these delivery opportunities:

Tanjong Penjuru Cres (DFE2) – Amazon.sg: Delivery blocks labeled “Tanjong Penjuru Cres (DFE2) – Amazon.sg” in the app involve picking up orders from an Amazon delivery station operated by Amazon associates and packages at this location typically include boxes. Van blocks are between 8-9.5 hours, large passenger vehicle blocks are between 7-8 hours while sedan blocks are between 3-5 hours.

Jurong - Level 2 (USG1) - Amazon Fresh: Delivery blocks labeled “Jurong - Level 2 (USG1) - Amazon Fresh” in the app involve picking up orders from an Amazon Fresh location. Delivery blocks are between 1-2.5 hours.

Jurong - Level 3 (DFE1) - Amazon.sg: Delivery blocks labeled as "Jurong - Level 3 (DFE1) - Amazon.sg" in the app involve picking up orders from a Same-Day Amazon Delivery station operated by Amazon associates and packages at the location typically include boxes. Delivery blocks are between 4-5 hours.

Third-party Locations: Delivery blocks labeled as “Marina Square (CS01) - Watsons Store” or “Katong Point (CS02) – Little Farms” in the app involve picking up orders directly from third-party locations that are not owned or operated by Amazon. Delivery blocks are between 1-2.5 hours.

Sedans: For blocks up to 5 hours, you’ll need a 4-door mid-sized sedan, such as a car or hatchback. Visit our Sedans page to learn more.

Large Passenger Vehicles: For blocks up to 8 hours, you’ll need a large passenger vehicle, such as a sport utility vehicle (SUV) or minivan. These vehicles have seats in the back and can usually transport 5+ passengers. Visit our Large Passenger Vehicles page to learn more.

Cargo Vans: For blocks up to 9.5 hours, you’ll need a cargo van. The vehicles are designed purely for the carriage of goods and do not have seats in the back. Visit our Cargo Vans page to learn more.

Utility vehicles with no covered bed, motorcycles, motorized bicycles, and motorized scooters do not qualify at this time.

While you have the option to bring passengers, pickups and deliveries may take you away from your vehicle for long periods of time. Passengers are not covered by Group Personal Accident insurance. If you decide to bring passengers, Amazon expects that you will comply with the following:
- Passengers will need to remain in your vehicle at all times at Amazon stations, unless escorted by a station employee for use of basic welfare facilities.
- Your vehicle must have enough space to safely accommodate all packages assigned to your route and any passengers.
- Passengers may not perform or assist with your delivery services, including interacting with customers.
- Passengers may not drive the vehicle while you’re delivering with Amazon Flex.
- Pets are prohibited at all times.

Amazon Flex processes payments on the day(s) you selected as your preferred payment days via direct deposit to the bank account you provided during sign-up. If your bank participates in the Singapore FAST (Fast And Secure Transfers) network, you should receive your money in your bank account on the day you have selected in your payment preferences. Otherwise, you will receive your payments in your bank account via direct deposit the next business day.

If you incur a toll (ERP) charge while delivering, your payment will be made within the next 72 hours. However, it may take up to five business days for payments to process depending on your bank. In the event of a bank or public holiday, please allow one additional business day for payments to show up in your bank account.
